 | Otniel (Hebrew: עָתְנִיאֵל) is a Jewish Orthodox Israeli settlement in the West Bank. Located in the southern Judaean Mountains, south of Hebron, it falls under the jurisdiction of Har Hebron Regional Council. In 2017, it had a population of 1,003. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.
